Community Day is a free event hosted by the Cumberland Police Department aimed at celebrating the power of community
. Discover community partners, get excited about a Touch-a-Truck exhibit, indulge in complimentary hotdogs, let the kids partake in a police agility course, and cheer for the Residents vs. Police kickball.  It will be an uplifting celebration, perfect for all ages!
 
Event Highlights
    • Community Partners: Explore all our community has to offer by visiting each partner's tent. Browse through an array of activities and valuable resources that highlight the ingenuity and talent right in our own backyard. 
    • Touch-a-Truck Exhibit: Calling all truck, tractor, and big equipment enthusiasts, big and small! Get ready to climb aboard and explore an impressive lineup of vehicles, including police cars, fire trucks, and construction trucks. It's a hands-on adventure you won't want to miss!
    • Free Cookout: Get ready to savor the flavors of summer as the Cumberland Police Department fires up the grill with free hotdogs and refreshing beverages. It's a perfect opportunity to have some fun while chatting with our dedicated police officers.
    • Police Agility Course for Kids Officers: Let your little ones discover what it takes to be a police officer as they navigate through a playful Kids Police Agility Course. They'll have a blast while learning about the vital role of our police officers and the importance of community safety. Who knows, they might even earn an honorary badge for their bravery!
    • Residents vs. Police Kickball Tournament: Lace up your sneakers and join in the friendly competition! Watch as residents and police officers go head-to-head with some kickball fun. Don't forget to cheer!Community Day Logo Color (1)
