Trail & Treat Vendor Application

The Town of Cumberland invites local businesses, community groups, and residents to host a booth at Trail & Treat. This trick-or-treat event along the Buck Creek trail features family-friendly spooky booths. The 2023 Trail & Treat event is October 14 from 3-5 pm. Vendor set-up will be from 1:30-3 p.m. Each vendor is provided with a 15x10 ft space(no power available). Please be aware that this is an outdoor event, and plan accordingly with clothing and decorations. The application deadline is October 10, but space is limited, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

Vendors must decorate their space in a fall/Halloween theme and offer a trick-or-treat item or candy to an estimated 200 event attendees. At least one individual must remain with the display during the event at all times. Vendors are welcome to dress in costume or offer an activity/game. Businesses and organizations are also welcome to hand out advertisement/information.

The best-decorated vendor will receive a prize and bragging rights!
