Weihnachtsmarkt Vendor Application

The Cumberland Weihnachtsmarkt is a street fair celebrating the holidays with an appreciation of Cumberland’s German Heritage. The event will be on December 2 from 12-7 p.m., with vendor set-up starting at 10:30 a.m. We are looking for a variety of small businesses and handmade vendors that help attendees complete their holiday shopping lists with unique items. There is limited space available, and therefore, this market is juried.  Completion of this application does not guarantee involvement in the event.

Once accepted, vendors must pay a $30 fee to secure their place in the market; however, after that small fee, vendors retain 100% of their booth profits.

Please note that Weihnachtsmarkt is an outdoor market; please be prepared to operate outdoors in Indiana Winter. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, extension cords, etc. Each vendor will be provided with a 10x10 tent(with weights and walls) and a heater. There will be no available Wi-Fi, so please plan accordingly with payment processors. If you have any questions, please contact Victoria Musser at (317) 894-6203.
