The Cumberland Sanitary Sewer Utility provides service to residents of the Town of Cumberland and the former Gem Utility territory. The Sanitary Sewer Utility Board is comprised of three members - the president of the Town of Cumberland Town Council, an engineer, and a citizen member who resides within the sanitary districts. The Board meetings are conducted on the first Wednesday of the month at 6 p.m. in the Cumberland Town Hall and they are open to the public.
