Farmers Market
The Farmers Market is located at Cumberland Town Hall, 11501 East Washington Street (map).
The Market is open every Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 Noon, running from May through October.
We have a variety of local farmers and producers who sell organic or naturally grown fresh beef, pork, cheese, free-range eggs, honey, and truckloads of freshly picked fruits and vegetables.
Talk with our vendors about how all their produce is straight from local farms. Pick out new recipes and tricks to get great value from your produce purchases. Learn how to make 'fried green tomatoes,' the best way to cook fresh green beans, or even how to fix sweet corn in the microwave oven in just a few minutes. Make the garden colors pop on your family's kitchen table. There's something new and exciting for everyone.
We have a number of artisans that produce beautiful homemade crafts, such as quilts, baskets, jewelry, and artwork. Also, you will be able to learn exactly where and how their products were made or grown.
Come and spend a little time with us on Saturday mornings! Discover that it is not just a farmers' market but a social event to meet others in the community!
